Our New Tsugami BO206-III
Necedah Screw Machine Products, Inc. proudly announces the addition of a one of the most accurate and efficient live-tool Swiss Lathes in the machining industry: the Tsugami BO206-III. This machine boasts 12,000rpm featuring a double spindle lathe with 21 tool stations including 8 live tools all fed with a 12’ FMB automatic bar loader to increase efficiency, throughput, and overall production capacity. The BO206-III is also equipped with a high-pressure coolant system to support faster cycle times and automated chip removal.
In addition to our newest swiss lathe, NSM has also added a third mill: the HAAS VF-2SS vertical machining center is equipped with a 24-tool changer system, robust hydraulic fixturing, and a heavy-duty trunnion system to allow for 4th-axis machining which enables the most complex parts to be milled effectively and precisely.
